perkara-perkara yang berikut seperti
e.g Plot Ratio, P.P.R, Density, zoning, undivided shares,
trustee, Estate Land Board, limited P.A., KM, DO, ROI,
ROW, IRR, Pelan Akui, JUPEM, GIS, Sismap, etc etc.
But if you are willing to learn
and KNOWS how to do it right
then the payoff is substantial too ....
Memang sangat LUMAYAN ... !!!
I don't know about you
BUT i do rather do a RM100m land deal
than being stressed & freaked out everyday
....... by grumbling Aunties & mumbling Uncles
trying to close 50 units of condos at RM2m each ...
